Twitter telling me ‘Who to follow’… whoever came up with this feature needs to be fired.
Edit: The follower suggestions are based on who your friends are following. There seems to be no algorithm here. Twitter can at least use the feed data & analyze which kind of “Tweeps” would be more interesting to follow based on the tweets sent by a particular person.

When to respond to Negative reviews?

Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, GoWalla.. the social media revolution has changed the game for review sites & the way they work for the prospective clients.

But from companies, brands & venues point of view.. We talk a lot about taking the time to manage customer reviews and it makes sense to do so. Online reviews grow legs: The search engines are aggregating them, Google’s putting them on Google Place pages and many users are even starting searches on review sites. You want to make sure that you’re encouraging your customers to leave reviews, that you know what’s being said about you and that you’re active about managing them. That said, not all reviews are created equal. And not every bad review warrants a response or even an acknowledgment. How do you know the difference?

FB = FailBook?

SocialSenseTV has been tracking the much hyped by (@mashable) new look of Facebook which has drawn much flak from the users of this social networking website. The reason behind the ‘change’ in design seems to be coming of age sorts for the people at facebook but its not going well with its users who are already confused with the many apps, promotions, fan pages, groups and games present on it. Most even say its getting difficult to use facebook everyday as the Live Feed vs News Feed stalemate continues.

We hope that facebook can prove its mettle by showing the users how the new UI improves or helps users manage their various activities on the site. The decision clearly seems to have been made in haste as still a large number of users are not getting access to the new UI.. including SSTV (@MrShri)

If things don’t change, the butt of all jokes “FAILBOOK” might just become a reality!
