Twetiquette… really?

“Everyone want’s to be somebody…” so goes the song. But on Social Media, its important to be yourself. Moreover on Twitter, with everyone connecting in real-time… we’re creating mirror images of ourselves on the digital canvas.

I also think each one of us is a Brand and that we are more Human on twitter than any other network. (Humanizing Brands)

I was asked by @saumar yesterday at Bangalore Twitter Bootcamp while I was talking about my Do’s & Don’t of Twitter that “since I talk about humanizing brands on twitter… should we not be rude/negative?”

Lets face this, we share Experiences on Twitter. And this is in Real Time. So even if I love a Brand, am a hardcore fanboy or whatever, if I have a BAD experience… I will share it. That’s what Humanizes us more, don’t you think?

Moreover, Twitter lets us create our own persona as we want it too. So if you’re not who you are on either side, you’re in trouble mate.

Let me know what do you think?
